The International BDR works under the Regional Director Americas guidance in establishing objectives with periodic review of progress against goals. Individuals must have excellent communication and relationship skills. Independent work is required, and a self-starter personality with a proven track record of both technical and emotionally driven sales success is essential. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent flight skills, including safe and competent flying from the right seat in all legal weather conditions with a prospective buyer in the left seat. This position is located in the LATAM region, with onboarding possibly at one of the company's enterprise locations. Candidates must be willing to relocate into their sales territory. Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions: 1. Uses all appropriate resources to ensure maximum Territory Development and sales. 2. Collaborates with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to leverage resources for territory application. 3. Engages in Territory Health implementation using a data-driven approach, aligning best practices with local regulations and partner networks. 4. Develops frameworks to analyze Direct vs. CSA opportunities, researching historical cost data. 5. Guides Global Sustainability/Green initiatives, evaluating regulatory nuances and making compliance recommendations. 6. Analyzes Finance and Insurance options specific to regions or countries. 7. Works with the Government Relations team to address international issues. 8. Provides sales support to the Regional Director team. 9. Manages distribution affiliates, establishing operating practices, evaluating prospects, coordinating requests, and maintaining Salesforce data. 10. Supports event planning, including demonstration flights. Qualifications: - FAA or Foreign (LATAM) Private Pilot and Instrument (or ATP) Certificate REQUIRED – Commercial/CFII preferred - FAA or Foreign (LATAM) Class Medical required - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required - Outgoing personality with relationship development skills - 5+ years of senior executive-level sales experience desired - Proficiency in MS Office, computer software, and internet - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English #J-18808-Ljbffr
