We are committed to superior professional development of our people and we value a diverse, collaborative, high-performing, results oriented culture.. **Position description**: Reporting Team Lead is responsible for supporting end-to-end service delivery in the General Ledger function and financial reporting to Corporate within the specific region. - Develop a team of reporting analysts in daily work activities - assign and review quality of work - Acts as an intermediary with Business Partners and conducts reviews with the business - Areas of focus include accounting master data, period end closing including coordination, journal entry processing, and project accounting. - Compliance and keep control processes and account reconciliation, control and approval - Develop, build and preserve relationship with all markets and business sector(s) service by GS LATAM organization.
