Key Responsibilities: - Assign and track trip pricing for chauffeurs, ensuring accurate cost allocation - Manage and update trip costs to guarantee precise and timely invoicing - Maintain and update chauffeur data to facilitate accurate charge calculations - Handle cost adjustments and make manual entries when necessary to ensure accuracy - Process and review client invoices, ensuring all charges are correct and reflected properly Qualifications: - Strong spoken and written English skills are required - Basic math skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong phone etiquette and a customer-focused approach - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently - Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus Work Environment: - In-office position located in Medellin - Schedule: Sun - Thurs 7am -3:30pm EST or Tue - Sat 7am-3:30pm EST - Comprehensive training and ongoing support provided Compensation: - 2’500.000 – 3’000.000 COP Depending on the hours worked and experience (Salary range listed does not include additional compensation required as a result of applicable Colombian labor laws) - Indefinite contract with full benefits Requirement: - Strong spoken and written English skills are required Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Language: - English (Required) Location: - Medellín, Antioquia (Required)
