Now, we’re looking for someone to help us scale. The Role: Director of Operations As our Director of Operations, you’ll be the hands-on execution leader driving our client fulfillment engine. You’ll manage a team of Project Managers, mentor the CSM, and collaborate with our AI Systems Builder and CEO to bring clarity, speed, and structure across the business. You’ll build dashboards, lead hiring for ops roles, refine systems, and ensure our operations scale without sacrificing quality, or burning out our team. What You’ll Be Responsible For: - Managing a team of Project Managers and a Customer Success Manager - Building and maintaining KPIs and dashboards - Owning hiring, onboarding, and scaling internal ops roles (PMs, VEs) - Optimizing onboarding systems (employee & client) and performance reviews - Collaborating on automation and AI implementation projects - Supporting weekly leadership syncs and OKRs - Analyzing data to improve team efficiency, pricing decisions, and capacity planning Who You Are: We’re looking for someone who brings structure to chaos, leadership to teams, and clarity to confusion.
