What You Will Do As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end sourcing activities across delegated and tactical spend areas. You will support the contracting process, supplier negotiations, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure that Kenvue’s procurement operations run efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with internal and external standards. You will focus on indirect categories such as Marketing, HR & Business Services, R&D;, IT Services, Capital, Construction, and Facility Services (CCFS). Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Contracting Manage all sourcing activities within your assigned categories. Execute sourcing events (RFI, RFP, e-auctions) using tools like Ariba, Keelvar, and Service Now. Drive negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal price, quality, service, and delivery terms. Ensure contract creation, redlining, version control, and execution using Kenvue’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. Align all contracting activities with internal policies, compliance guidelines, and applicable legal/regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Privacy, and other cross-functional teams on escalated matters. Monitor contract performance and manage renewals, expirations, and amendments. Supplier & Stakeholder Management Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity, issue resolution, and timely service delivery. Lead supplier communications including onboarding, data changes, pricing agreements, and performance reviews. Support change management and compliance education for stakeholders. Follow up on goods/services received and resolve any related issues, including complaints and warranties. Category Support & Business Partnership Provide full support in category management initiatives, including spend analysis, market intelligence, and supplier benchmarking. Identify cost-saving opportunities and support the achievement of procurement KPIs. Ensure alignment of procurement strategies with business needs and stakeholder expectations. What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sourcing, procurement, or category management. Experience with contract drafting, review, and negotiation. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in indirect procurement in the consumer goods or similar industry. Experience working in multinational organizations with cross-cultural collaboration. Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus (especially for LATAM scope). Familiarity with procurement systems such as Ariba, Service Now, and Keelvar.
