Position: Engineer – Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Location: Medellín, Colombia Type: Full-time We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Cloud Engineer with solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience supporting the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across ERP, SCM, and HCM modules. This person will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications - Integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud with other enterprise systems - Create technical specifications and documentation - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in coordination with other teams - Ensure application performance, scalability, and security - Participate in code reviews and support development standards - Collaborate with the product team to understand business requirements - Provide support for corporate systems and other technologies - Contribute to project estimation, planning, and risk mitigation Required Skills - Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, HCM) - Experience with integration frameworks, personalization, extensibility, and security setup - Familiarity with UI modification tools and Oracle Fusion configuration components - Knowledge of SOAP and REST web services, BI tools (OTBI, BI Publisher), HCM Extracts, Excel templates - Technical experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and Oracle development environments - Exposure to Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD practices, and code repositories - Business process understanding across Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire, and related domains - Problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders Experience - 3–5 years in a technical role working with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications - At least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementation - 1+ years working with Oracle PaaS tools such as Integration Cloud, Process Automation, or Visual Builder - Experience with issue resolution involving Oracle or third-party systems - Familiarity with Application Composer, Page Composer, and Page Configurator - Data analysis and reporting experience using modern BI/reporting tools Education and Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field - Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications are preferred
