We are seeking a Junior Enterprise Services Engineer to join our global Technology team. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with ample opportunities for growth and influence. You will work with cutting-edge technologies, support critical IT systems and services, and contribute significantly to our organization’s success. What you will be doing: 1. Providing technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems, infrastructure, and services, including servers, networks, and end-user devices. 2. Monitoring and maintaining the performance, availability, and security of IT systems and services, proactively addressing potential issues. 3. Configuring, deploying, and managing IT systems and services to support business operations, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. 4. Collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders to implement projects and enhancements aligned with organizational goals. 5. Participating in the planning, design, and implementation of IT solutions, including hardware, software, and cloud services. 6. Documenting configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines for reference and training. 7. Assisting with user training and support to optimize productivity and resolve technical issues. 8. Staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to foster innovation. 9. Providing technical guidance to team members, serving as a subject matter expert in IT systems and services. Skills required: - Working knowledge of end-user computing and networking troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP). - Experience with IT infrastructure, systems administration, network management, and end-user support. - Experience with Service Management or Ticketing Tools like Jira Service Management, ServiceNow. - Experience with IDP platforms such as Okta, Azure. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to analyze business processes and procedures. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - A service-oriented attitude. - Ability to drive change and handle challenging situations. - Proficiency in deploying and managing IT systems across Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms. Nice to have: - Experience with network devices like Fortigate, Ubiquiti, Cisco. - Experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf Pro, Workspace One, Microsoft Endpoint Manager. - Experience with Google Workspace. - Scripting skills in Powershell, Bash, or Python. - Understanding of APIs and client-server/web architectures. - Ability to design and implement practical solutions for complex requirements.
