Job Summary: Ensure new and existing ACI customers receive first-class delivery services in accordance with customer expectations and contractual agreements. Responsible for flawless delivery, supporting functional/technical teams, solving complex challenges, and fostering a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment. Manage the development and implementation of company products and services. Coordinate cross-functional teams focused on delivering new or upgraded products. Oversee projects from initiation through delivery, including planning, scheduling, and budget monitoring. Translate customer needs into specific tasks and maintain strong customer relationships. Job Responsibilities: Plan, organize, monitor, and control Customer Services projects, ensuring successful outcomes within schedule and budget. Manage release planning, resource allocation, and change requests. Oversee project resources and understand the impact on overall budgets and resources. Lead process improvements in project management and evaluate business opportunities. Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership and support Agile practices within teams. Define customer needs and facilitate team events such as daily stand-ups, planning, and reviews. Support Product Owners in backlog management and team coordination. Build high-performing teams and coach in self-management. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and staff development. Understand customer goals, business needs, and market trends. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 12+ years of project and program management experience. Knowledge of the Switching (Payment) domain. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Understanding of Agile roles and interfaces.
