A Digital Success Manager needs to understand the business requirements so they can provide expert help with planning and implementation or improving productivity and results. Our domain is Pharma and LiveScience, so it is important to understand this particular domain, which will take some time. Stakeholder management is a critical component to this role especially when it comes to understanding business needs, partnering with various teams to implement projects, and training and support on the platform. Viseven provides accommodating support in trainings and onboarding, also there is training and facilitators’ team to support stakeholder management as well as change management success. **Job Description**: **Objectives of this Role**: - Onboard customers into new way of working by providing consulting and coaching around best practices, educating them on how to use the platforms ensuring smooth shift to new approach and enhancing their user experience - Manage multiple stakeholders' engagements and work with associated team members to understand projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop technology solutions for these teams - Coordinate internal team and ensure that our deliverables are met - Identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve them **Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**: - Day to day communication with the customer’s global team, as well as users, administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the users’ experience connected with our product eWizard integration + Veeva as Salesforce platform-based solution - Coordinate roll-out execution. This includes planning, monitoring and controlling all activities related to all assets/product development and roll-out, enable a high-level view of a situation. - Work in close collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful execution, make sure all tasks are on track, deliver solutions using the established best practices and in accordance with the agreed SLAs - Support the continued build-out of key reports and dashboards. - Proactively recommend new features and improvements to optimize and grow the use of the platform synching them with the main goals and targets of our customers, accommodate new users, encourage them to order more content inside the platform, improve the functionality of the platform ordering the new features and collaboration with Viseven R&D; and Product Office. - Collaborate with key stakeholders to build, iterate, and improve existing or new processes and functions. - Liaise with customers and their creative agencies on content production. Provide consulting around best practices. Coordinate Viseven internal efforts to execute and deliver content requests. - Assist to R&D; and the client to design, build, and deliver tailored solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies. - Provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for the business **Skills and Qualifications**: - At least 3 years of experience with IT projects - Expertise in B2B, communication with clients Experience with other CRM software, optional - Understanding of pharma business will be huge plus - Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation, and load (ETL) tools - Strong presentation and communication skills.
