\ \ Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, code and implement customized solutions that meet our evolving business needs. \ \ Duties and Responsibilities \ \ \ - Collaborate with the Product Owner to validate business requirements and develop customized solutions within Salesforce. \ - Develop Apex classes, triggers and Lightning Components to support business needs. \ - Test application stability and functionality. \ - Troubleshoot and resolve bugs. \ - Assist with release cycles for deploying updates and new applications. \ - Maintain code documentation and write test classes for custom developments. \ - Manage release cycles for application updates. \ - Use Salesforce APIs for system integrations. \ - Develop customized solutions within Salesforce in coordination with the Development and BI Teams. \ - Enhance our Salesforce platform ensuring alignment with organizational interests. \ - Work closely with the Salesforce Product Owner to fulfill stakeholder requirements. \ - Collaborate with teams to enhance our Salesforce platform. \ \ Minimum Qualifications: \ \ \ - At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience and product knowledge. \ - Proficiency in Relational Databases preferably MS SQL Server and Apex. \ - Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle. \ - Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I. \ - Knowledge of other languages/development tools like Net Core JS and RESTful web services. \ - Effective communication and collaboration skills. \ - Experience developing customer-facing interfaces. \ - Ability to work independently and solve high-level software issues. \ - Experience with Apex Visualforce Java and working with large data sets. \ - Proactive in Salesforce enhancements and code best practices. \ - Ability to interpret and critique technical specifications. \ - Experience with cloud environments preferably AWS and serverless technologies. \ \ Preferred Qualifications: \ \ \ - Additional Salesforce certifications such as Administrator Platform App Builder Platform Developer II and JavaScript Developer I. \ - Relevant degrees or professional experience. \ - Active participation in the Salesforce community. \ - Strong English communication skills. \ \ Work Environment: \ \ \ - 100% remote with home setup provided. \ - Flexible hours. \ - Diverse multicultural environment. \ - Growth opportunities aligned with your learning pace. \ - Some weekend/evening work may be required for international collaborations. \ We are an industry leader with fast growth and top-tier products.
