As an IT Support Specialist you will provide technical assistance, maintain IT systems, and support Salesforce customization and integration. Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Manage IT infrastructure, including workstations, servers, and cloud-based applications. Maintain and update IT policies, security protocols, and system documentation. Assist with software installations, upgrades, and system integrations. Work with vendors and third-party providers to resolve IT issues efficiently. Salesforce Development & Administration: Customize and develop Salesforce solutions, including workflows, automation, reports, and dashboards. Perform Salesforce configurations such as object creation, field updates, and security permissions. Develop Apex triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, and API integrations. Maintain data integrity by managing import/export processes and duplicate resolution. Train end-users and support adoption of Salesforce best practices. Minimum requirements: Studies: Desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Foreign Languages, Foreign Trade, or Logistics related. Experience: 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a fast-paced business environment. Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and development (Apex, Lightning, SOQL, APIs). Experience with hardware troubleshooting, cloud-based applications, and IT security. Ability to develop and maintain Salesforce automation, workflows, and integrations.Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, Python, or other scripting languages is a plus. Language: Advanced English skills. B2.
