Job Description You will design, implement and administrate compensation programs including salary administration, annual and long-term cash incentives, sales compensation, cash incentives, and supplemental pay programs. You will coordinate the design and administration of executive programs including stock options, long-term incentives, and other executive programs. Reviews existing compensation programs to ensure they align with market practices. Identify gaps or issues in existing compensation practices for continuous improvement. Ensure compensation programs comply with country laws and union(s). You will implement the global compensation programs in the region to ensure consistency throughout the organization. Lead programs for LA such as annual pay increases, profit sharing, Christmas bonuses, incentive plans, retention, and supplemental pay plans, etc. Manage the compensation survey process and setting market reference points (MRP's) with the regional compensation team. Partner with HR business partners to work with business management to provide sound recommendations and advice on total rewards-based solutions to ensure regional and global consistency. May support due diligence on assigned mergers and acquisitions. Partner with the global mobility team on employee long-term international rotational assignments (LTIR), short-term international rotational assignments (STIR), and permanent relocations. Partner with the Global Sales Operation team on design and governance for the sales plans. Participate in assigned global compensation projects as assigned. Who will you report to? You will report to the Dir, Global Compensation. Skills, knowledge & experience: Bachelor's Degree required. Professional Fluency in English. At least 8 years of experience in Compensation with knowledge of the Latin America Market. Good capability in managing dynamic and matrix relations with different levels of the company. People Manager experience with a multicultural scope. Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement. Workday user is a bonus.
