Role Purpose The IT Senior Director is responsible for the direction, planning, and administration of the company's technological area, following regional and local guidelines. This includes directing, planning, and executing infrastructure, telecommunications, and service initiatives, as well as defining, monitoring, and implementing solutions and improvements for service indicators. Main Accountabilities Implement and ensure compliance with technology policies, standards, and procedures to establish operational guidelines. Review and prioritize new system implementations, approve technology projects, estimate costs, and allocate resources. Maintain clear communication with management on technology developments and project updates. Automate and optimize processes through cost-benefit analysis to improve operational efficiency. Manage the IT department budget and monitor expenses for efficient resource use. Stay updated on technology trends, adopt new technologies, and organize staff training programs. Participate in resolving critical IT issues and address significant problems within the IT area. Recognize and reward IT team achievements to promote motivation and commitment. Implement regional standards and align local initiatives with regional guidelines. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred. At least 8 years of experience as an IT Manager, with 3+ years in leadership roles. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Strong technical knowledge in network infrastructure, server administration, virtualization, storage, and data center operations. Proven success in managing IT projects from start to finish. Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, VCP, or ITIL are advantageous. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
