Job Description: Brand Specialists play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience, fostering long-lasting relationships, and driving sales growth. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for: - Nurturing enriching relationships with clients to build a loyal clientele. - Exhibiting consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs. - Continuously developing product and sales acumen to become a subject matter expert on our offerings. - Performing high-quality demonstrations of new and used vehicles to showcase their features and benefits. - FOLLOWING UP WITH BUYERS TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL REFERRAL BUSINESS. - Reporting directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have: - A self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit. - The ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed. - Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members. - A professional, well-groomed personal appearance. - A clean driving record and valid driver's license.
