Bogota, Colombia (Remote) Job Description Performs basic installation and minor repairs on DN products and services, including maintenance for ATMs, retail point of sale equipment and related PC and PC peripherals. Provides scheduled cleanings and other basic maintenance on conventional products such as locks, vaults and related. Responsibilities Prioritizes and plans service calls in accordance with customer service level agreements and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Contacts customers to communicate estimated time of arrival. Promotes high quality of service and follows through to ensure call completion. Escalates service requests as required for resolution. Maintains customer satisfaction by ensuring communication and a professional demeanor and appearance. Performs basic installation functions (for example, pulling cables, mounting devices, installing locks). Performs technical fixes such as clearing paper, card and bill jams. Supports service technicians by performing preventive maintenance inspections. Develops understanding of operating standards, practices and procedures. Qualifications Required Qualifications Education or equivalent work experience required. Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Firstline Field Service. Good verbal and written communication skills.
