The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for process improvement, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation & Sales Funnel Optimization Partner with marketing and sales teams to implement strategies that drive high-quality leads. Analyze and optimize each stage of the sales funnel to improve conversion rates and deal velocity. Develop lead scoring models to prioritize top opportunities and align with sales capacity. Identify pipeline bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve flow and forecasting. Process & Tool Optimization Streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and user experience. Manage and optimize CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data integrity and usability. Support implementation and integration of sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo). Collaborate across departments to integrate tools with marketing and customer success platforms. Data Management & KPI Tracking Enforce data quality standards through audits and cleanup processes. Build dashboards and reports to monitor key sales KPIs such as lead conversion, win rates, and pipeline health. Provide actionable insights to guide sales strategy and performance improvements. Track demand generation metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, and cost per lead. Additional Contributions Support forecasting and pipeline reviews with accurate data reporting. Train sales team members on tools, processes, and best practices. Stay updated on sales operations trends and recommend new tools or practices. Work with finance and operations teams to ensure alignment with company revenue goals. Must-Have: 4+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role. Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot). Familiarity with sales tools like Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo. Strong data skills (Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Excellent understanding of B2B sales processes and demand generation. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced work environment. Nice-to-Have: Experience in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity/tech environment. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Pardot). Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent. SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools.
