Check out how it will impact our ecosystem: Our Farmer Sr will be responsible for the growth of partner brands in the Restaurant vertical and maintaining their operation at optimal levels. In our team, you will drive growth and contribute to the accelerated expansion of restaurants across Latin America. We are looking for passionate individuals about sales and technology. As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for: - Promoting strategies to improve partner operation and management for greater growth. - Conducting periodic 360° brand analyses to provide recommendations for growth and process optimization (metrics analysis, commercial proposals, campaigns, ads, etc.). - Encouraging account self-management through training on partner tools, operational needs, performance analysis, and campaign creation. - Participating actively in training to master the company's processes and products. - Implementing the company's CRM in your commercial management, keeping customer information, negotiations, and activities up to date. - Reaching out efficiently to various databases to meet OKRs and area activities. - Timely responding to partner requests. What are the requirements to join this neon universe? - Professional degree in administrative, marketing, or related fields. - At least 1 year of solid commercial experience in account management, customer service, sales, or similar roles. - Strong negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and influence to handle difficult conversations and achieve the best results for our partners, users, and Rappi. - Proactive, resourceful, creative, quick to execute, and willing to ask for help when needed.
