Responsibilities Lead and mentor squads comprising developers, designers, and business analysts. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, and deliverables. Drive daily activities of the squad, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Monitor performance and productivity, implementing improvements as needed. Encourage continuous learning, providing coaching and support. Facilitate effective communication within the squad and with external stakeholders. Coordinate with other teams to resolve dependencies and ensure successful delivery. Oversee planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for process improvements. Promote a positive, inclusive, and creative work environment. Requirements Advanced English proficiency for conversation. Proven leadership experience in Agile or Scrum environments. Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire teams. Experience working with diverse client stakeholders. Comfort with managing team’s production releases. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Experience with project management tools and Agile practices. Nice to have Agile or Scrum Master certification.
