About This Role The Head of Quality for Industry Business is a key position that oversees and manages all aspects of quality control and assurance. They ensure products and services meet or exceed customer expectations, ensuring compliance with relevant ISO standards and interacting with regulatory bodies. This role requires strong customer focus, leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective quality management systems, establish processes and procedures for complaint handling, quality control, document control, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement. - Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure products consistently meet quality standards. - Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to establish strong supplier quality management processes. - Drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization, leading initiatives to enhance quality processes, optimize efficiency, and reduce waste. - Maintain robust and efficient change control processes. - Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices. - Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications. Requirements We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience in quality management roles is essential, along with in-depth knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools such as Six Sigma and Lean. - In-depth knowledge of relevant quality standards and industry-specific regulations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and strong organizational and project management skills.
