Our commitment to excellence drives us to seek talented individuals who can contribute to our dynamic team remotely. **Responsibilities**: - Provide remote IT support to users via control software.Indeed - Assist in daily business operations, including generating reports. - Utilize Excel and macros to organize and analyze large datasets. - Conduct detailed research on current trends, hardware/software innovations, and internal projects like PC and hardware inventory. - Coordinate and monitor contractors across four states to ensure timely on-site issue resolution. **Requirements**: - Fluent in English, capable of supporting both technical and non-technical users in a Windows environment. - Prior experience in a Tier 1 IT support role, with references. - Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home. - Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. **Work Schedule**: - Part time, remote position. - Availability during US Eastern business hours (9 AM to 6 PM), with potential flexibility for earlier start times (e.g., 7 AM to 4 PM). - Note: Schedule adjustments may occur due to US Daylight Saving Time changes. **Compensation**: - Hourly rate: $5 USD. - Payments made via wire transfer to your Colombian bank account, with any associated fees covered by us. - Bi-weekly invoicing required every other Monday. **Application Process**: **Job Type**: Part-time Expected hours: 20 per week **Education**: - High school or equivalent (preferred) **Experience**: - IT Support: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (required)
