About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and thoughtful Influencer Community Coordinator to help us scale and deepen our influencer engagement efforts across social platforms. This role will be integral in managing the day-to-day execution of our influencer strategy, ensuring creators feel supported and seen. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in community-facing communication. You’re comfortable managing multiple conversations at once, have a strong sense of brand voice, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This Role Will Be Supporting
Community Management and Messaging Community Sourcing and Vetting Community Data Management Community Management & Messaging
Serve as the initial point of contact for influencer DMs and comments across platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) Manage ongoing communications with both existing and prospective creators, ensuring timely and on-brand responses Manage and organize inbound collaboration requests, routing them to the right internal stakeholders Manage influencer email inbox, providing next steps on priority messages Foster a tone that reflects our brand values Engage meaningfully with posts, user-generated content, and tagged mentions Escalate sensitive or complex customer service issues to the appropriate team
Campaign Management
Support execution of influencer campaigns by coordinating creator outreach, gifting data, responding to creator inquiries, and post-campaign follow-ups Ensure smooth and clear communication with influencers before, during, and after activations
Community Vetting & Data Management
Assist with vetting inbound partnership requests with new creators based on brand guidelines and performance indicators Maintain and update creator databases, tracking contact info, engagement status, campaign participation, and key notes
Who You Are
2+ years experience in influencer marketing, community management, or social media, ideally with a beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand Strong written communication skills with a deep understanding of brand tone and voice An exceptional communicator with excellent written English and interpersonal skills Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple projects and conversations simultaneously Comfortable using influencer tools and databases (e.g. Tribe, Dash Hudson, etc.) Able to quickly learn and embody the brand tone Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal oversight Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently with a remote team Available to work off-shore hours that align with the brand’s U.S.-based team and audience
Bonus Points If You Have
Previous experience working with U.S.-based beauty brands or influencer programs Fluency in social trends and creator culture Familiarity with influencer strategy and performance metrics
