Job Description We are seeking a senior-level SAP Hybris Business Systems Analyst with a background in technology or a related field. The role involves communicating with team members and partners, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and managing the testing, implementation, and maintenance of software applications to enhance business processes. You will report to the Commercial Operations Technical Leader. Your Responsibilities: Collaborate with business partners, developers, project managers, and end-users. Analyze requirements and design appropriate solutions. Test, implement, and maintain software applications to optimize business processes. Develop an understanding of relevant business processes and their integration with systems like SAP-ECC, SAP-Commerce Cloud, Salesforce, and others. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: At least 5 years of experience with API-based eCommerce business processes. 3 years of experience as an SAP eCommerce Business Analyst in a similar industry, with hands-on knowledge of relevant business processes and SAP system integration. Deep understanding of the latest SAP Commerce Cloud technologies and staying current with SAP advancements. Ability to translate requirements into well-written user stories with clear acceptance criteria, utilizing the Given, When, Then (Gherkin) technique.
