This position requires a current US Government TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Clearance. Must live within commuting distance and be able to work onsite 3 to 4 days per week in the Annapolis Junction, MD location. Meet the Team Our Consulting Engineers are an integral part of the Customer Experience (CX) team delivering Business Critical Services to our customers! We combine Cisco Analytics and knowledge with outstanding technical expertise and consulting to drive value, innovation, and adoption in our customer's network. We help reduce risk, foster innovation, and enhance networks to meet business objectives, acting as trusted advisors and advocates for our customers. Your Impact As a Consulting Engineer, you will help transform our network architecture for customers. You will build customer deliverables including High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), and Acceptance Test Plan (ATP) for the entire network portfolio. Bring your creative solutions and be a valuable team asset! Minimum Qualifications - TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) clearance. - 3 years relevant experience in Cisco networking. - Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA), Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP)/R&S;, or equivalent skills (Routing/Switching). Preferred Qualifications - Experience delivering Cisco standard methodologies within customer infrastructure. - Ability to lead or guide teams of Cisco, Customer, and Partner members in analyzing and resolving complex network problems. - Ability to manage crises by anticipating issues and actively resolving them with customers and partners. - Strong communication, consulting, and customer relationship skills to foster collaboration. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for technical issues. #WeAreCisco We celebrate our employees' diverse backgrounds and focus on unlocking potential.
