The role We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Team Lead IaC – Automation Software One Scope: Full-time | Hybrid Model | Location: Medellín We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Team Lead – IT Automationwith a background in Systems Engineering or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 3 years confirmed experience leading multidisciplinary infrastructure projects across both Cloud and On-Premise environments. This role is focused on driving operational efficiency and cost optimization through the application of Dev Ops practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies. Key responsibilities include: - Lead the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure automation projects. - Apply Dev Ops and IaC best practices to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability. - Coordinate multi-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. - Manage infrastructure in hybrid environments (Cloud and On-Premise), ensuring scalability and performance. - Promote continuous improvement and alignment between technical solutions and business goals. - Oversee the development and maintenance of user documentation and requirement gathering. - Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. - Ensure compliance with security and operational standards across all automation initiatives.
