Establish and manage Latin America P2P business operations, product localization, and regulatory matters. 2. Collect feedback from local users and communities to optimize our service offering, and gather insights on competitors. 3. Explore collaboration opportunities with local P2P partners, blockchain/crypto communities, and associations to expand P2P awareness in the LATAM market. 4. Pursue and develop new P2P-related partnerships. 5. Design effective go-to-market strategies to boost P2P volume growth, content creation, and promotional activities. 6. Maintain strong relationships with regulators, banks, and payment partners. 7. Provide strategic advice based on up-to-date knowledge of current regulations. Requirements 1. At least 6 years of experience in a similar Business Development or Business Growth role at a blockchain/crypto company, financial institution, or bank in LATAM. 2. In-depth understanding of local communities and the crypto space in LATAM. 3. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
