Accurately input and manage customer information in the dispatch system. Dispatch tow trucks and service personnel based on urgency and availability. Monitor tow truck statuses and update customers on expected arrival times. Communicate effectively with towing staff to ensure smooth service execution. Keep thorough records of calls, dispatches, and interactions. Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to improve operations and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Experience in dispatching, especially in towing or roadside assistance, is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask with attention to detail. Proficiency in dispatch software and systems. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
