At Turia Services, we're looking for a Business Process Management Specialist to join our dynamic team! As a Business Process Management Specialist , you'll manage the design and redesign of business processes to eliminate inefficiencies and bottlenecks, while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. You’ll work with advanced tools and technologies to automate processes and guide teams toward continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Design and redesign business processes to eliminate inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Identify and manage transformation initiatives, ensuring they are relevant and aligned with strategic goals. Evaluate process performance using KPIs and data analysis. Drive the automation of processes through RPA, workflow automation, and advanced BPM tools. Train and guide internal teams on BPM methodologies and continuous improvement practices. What we’re looking for: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in BPM and process improvement management. Continuous improvement certifications (BPM, Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt or higher) are a plus. Advanced knowledge of BPM modeling tools (Bizagi, ARIS, Visio, etc.). Familiarity with process automation tools (RPA, workflow automation). Data analysis experience using tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar. A solid background in project management and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Proficiency in English (C1) and an American Visa.
