Mission of this role: effective development of customer service by providing high level of constant customer satisfaction rate. **Responsibilities**: - identify clients’ needs and preferences, negotiate and offer additional services - collect customer's requirements and translate them into tasks for internal production teams - coordinate project/request execution between internal departments (Design, Production, Delivery) - manage project timeline - manage change request implementation in line with approved scope, timeline and budget - provide timely and complete assessment of the project with the provision of an estimate to the client and financial documentation filing within the company - proactively participate in trouble-shooting - manage communication with Customer, ensuring high satisfaction level - ensure timely escalation to Team Lead and Account director in case project gets off-tack or there is an issue - create and maintain timely invoicing and receipt of payment for work performed (Jira & Creatio) - follow ethical rules and regulations in communication with the client and within the company - control project margin - proactive upselling/cross-selling **Requirements**: - Experience in B2B - Experience with Jira, Creatio, Office 365 soft - Fluency in English - Knowledge of foreign languages other than English - Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently - Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches delivering services to the customer - Continuously learning technology and able to quickly adapt to new technologies including internal and external programs, workflows - Proven analytical and problem solving skills **Will be a plus**: - Pharma marketing background would be a benefit - Basiс knowledge of content/product lifecycle **What we provide**: - We understand that our team members are essential to making our goals a reality, so we value and empower them to share their vision.
