Sales Area Manager South Spain We are seeking a Sales Area Manager for the Flow division in South Spain. The ideal candidate should have pump knowledge and proven experience in capital goods sales. He/she will report to the Business Line Manager in Italy. Here Is How You'll Make An Impact - Achieve sales targets for the area and individual dealers/end-users following the Business Line strategies. - Develop a distribution network of specialist dealers and rental companies. - Enhance market share through direct sales to customers. - Territory management - Generate leads and conduct market analysis to identify potential segments for product promotion. - Stay updated on products and sales strategies - Develop partnerships and manage agents for consistent order flow. - Present sales materials and train partners on new products and sales tools. - Collaborate with local service colleagues for aftermarket activities. - Work with marketing to enhance brand communication and generate leads. - Provide management with feedback on market needs and competitor products. - Competence Development - Reporting - Daily register of sales activities and leads. - Use CRM for reporting and tracking opportunities. - Analyze the sales funnel To Succeed, You Will Need - High School Diploma or Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering; electrical, electrotechnical, or mechanical preferred. - Proven experience in high-value technical sales. - Spanish and good English skills. - IT skills in MS Office, Outlook, C4C, and SAP are a plus. - Proactive, resourceful, and willing to travel (70% of the time). - Strong communication and presentation skills.
