Join Our Team as a Compliance Specialist! AXA Partners is seeking a passionate and proactive Compliance Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. This role is crucial to ensure that our operations comply with local and international regulations, as well as our internal policies, minimizing compliance, data privacy, and reputational risks. What you’ll be doing: Key Responsibilities: - Implement and oversee compliance programs and policies at the regional level. - Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with regulations. - Conduct risk assessments and monitor compliance with applicable local laws and regulations. - Develop and deliver training on compliance topics for local employees and managers. - Act as the point of contact between local entities and the central compliance team. What you’ll bring: - You hold a bachelor's degree and have 3 to 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, particularly in the insurance or financial sector. - You have at least 3 years of experience in anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing prevention. - You have recently completed training in AML/FT risk management or SAGRILAFT. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, spoken and written. - The candidate must provide evidence of training certifications for risk management AML/FT or SAGRILAFT issued within the last year by a credited academic or compliance/auditing institution and/or through specialization, courses, diplomas, seminars, including but not limited to any training program that is or will be offered by the UIAF to the factors of the national system of anti-money laundering and against the financing of terrorism. - Good knowledge of compliance requirements and procedures.
