About Your Role: You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic accounts, recovering outstanding debts, and resolving payment issues. Your duties will involve providing data to clients and internal departments, researching payments, and contacting customers to follow up on overdue payments. - Main Responsibilities: - Execute dunning procedures through reviewing proposals, sending letters, and implementing credit holds - Answer customer questions, provide invoice copies, and facilitate payment - Work with customers by phone and email to get remittance details, reconcile discrepancies, and request corrective actions - Identify unapplied payments and recommend adjustments or refunds - Collaborate with billing and internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues preventing payment - Provide analysis on KPI deviations and identify continuous improvement ideas to increase efficiency - Execute transversal reporting needs of the team About You: We are seeking an experienced professional with 3–5 years of experience in business-to-business collections and/or customer service in a high-volume environment. You should have demonstrated ability to work independently, strong analytical skills, and clear communication skills.
