Our vision is to be a leader in the eCommerce industry, leveraging strategic advisory capabilities to drive growth for our clients. - As an agile-oriented eCommerce company, we are seeking a skilled Digital Merchandising Lead to oversee the optimization of online product catalogs and increase visibility and conversions on e-retailers' websites. - This role requires a passionate leader with at least 1 year of team management experience, who can build long-term relationships with clients and deliver results through performance-based custom strategies. - The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients, consultancy/advising skills, and knowledge of PIM/DAM systems, including asset organization, maintenance, and syndication. - They should also have a proven track record in optimizing product listings and driving visibility through SEO strategies, as well as experience in eCommerce, specifically in e-retailers, including Amazon, Kroger, and Walmart. Key Responsibilities - Oversee the optimization of online product catalogs to increase visibility and conversions on e-retailers' websites - Manage a small team of digital merchandisers, allocate tasks, and inspire and motivate team members - Lead client meetings, support team in client discussions and status reporting, and build long-term relationships with clients - Develop and implement strategy for the client, present creative and innovative ideas, and discover new client needs - Identify risks and suggest solutions, track the team's performance and progress towards goals, and provide feedback and performance review Requirements - Passionate leader with at least 1 year of team management experience - Experience in working with clients and ability to build long-term relationships with them - Consultancy/advising experience to help the clients achieve their goals and KPIs - Knowledge of PIM/DAM systems, including asset organization, maintenance, and syndication - Proven track record in optimizing product listings and driving visibility through SEO strategies - Experience in eCommerce, specifically in e-retailers, including Amazon, Kroger, and Walmart - Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices - eCommerce experience in FMCG - Good analytical and project management skills - Team player with excellent communication skills - Knowledge of SEO practices for eRetailers - Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset - Attention to detail - Assertiveness and courage in presenting ideas - Fluency in English (at least C1) What We Offer - Cooperation based on a B2B contract or contract of service through the Deel platform for international cooperation - 26 paid days off from service provision plus Bank holidays as paid days off - Opportunity to work with international brands and participate in exciting global projects - Exciting and friendly work environment - Work in an international team without rigid corporate rules - Training in eCommerce and development opportunities - Yearly performance bonus or salary raise Recruitment Process - Step 1 Analysis of received applications (CVs) - select CVs which cover most of the features indicated in the offer - Step 2 Recruitment interview with HR person (video call) - Step 3 Recruitment interview with Hiring Manager (video call) - Step 4 Preparing and presenting a task (in the office)
