In this role you’ll make an impact by: Leading, coaching, and inspiring the sales team by setting clear expectations, fostering development, and building a high-performance sales culture. Maintaining direct relationships with selected high-impact key accounts to stay connected to market needs and demonstrate excellent customer partnerships. Translating global and regional sales strategies into actionable territory and account plans aligned with business priorities. Partnering with regional technical service, marketing, and central global functions to ensure customer success. Owning the sales forecast and opportunity pipeline for the territory and team, ensuring accurate tracking, planning, and communication with senior stakeholders. Potentially relevant experience: A degree in agriculture, biology, veterinary sciences, or a related field. Extensive experience in sales management, including leading and developing high-performing teams, within animal nutrition Proven ability to develop key accounts and manage senior stakeholder relationships effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Demonstrated skills in driving revenue growth, commercial strategy execution, and effective forecasting. Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems. Ability to analyze and interpret sales data. Experience in the industry or region covered by the role. Years of relevant experience: Language requirements and proficiency level: Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese language is a plus. Effective Communication: Clearly conveying ideas, expectations, and feedback to team members and clients. Leadership: Inspiring and guiding the sales team towards achieving targets and fostering a collaborative environment Adaptability: Adjusting strategies and approaches in response to changing market conditions and client needs Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues efficiently to maintain smooth operations Emotional Intelligence: Understanding and managing emotions to build strong relationships and handle conflicts Self-driven and proactive leader Hands-on approach, with comfortable approach to ambiguity and changes Could our purpose be yours?
