**Scope**: Manage warranty claims from either consumers or retailers, and process the corresponding credit note and product exchange. Prepare monthly, performance reports for ROKU and S2G management in regard to number of claims, and the status as well as call center activity. Maintain accurate inventory of spare components. *** **Job Description**: - Act as the main contact person for Alorica (Call Center) to receive any escalation related to product failure that require exchange - Contact consumers to coordinate the pick up of the defective unit and the delivery of the new unit - Prepare RMA for retailers, schedule defective product pick up and issue credit notes - Ensure inventory accuracy of all spare parts and components related to ROKU - Prepare a monthly report to ROKU to communicate number of units exchanged. - Prepare a monthly report of the call center performance. - Position will support ROKU claims for Peru and Argentina - Support RMA process in Colombia, mainly focused on Gaming business **Requirements**: - 3 to 5 years of experience managing inventory returns - Experience with ERP systems - Advanced excel skills
