We are changing the trajectory of human health, YOU CAN TOO. **We are searching for the best talent for ACCOUNT GROUP MANAGER to be in Medellín, Colombia.** **Purpose**:Leads One MD (Private / Government and OPL) commercial operation in the assigned Territory. Works in partnership with clinical demand generation teams, SAM and functional areas to define, adapt and implement the commercial strategy in the SCG Account Group (sales and account plans); leads local team implementation to achieve sales in new and established accounts to increase market penetration. Handles non-clinical sales team providing leadership, coaching and mentorship. Coordinates overall commercial team in the territory. Full accountability of One MD sales targets in Account Group Assigned. Lead the commercial routines in the Territory to guarantee alignment and foster collaboration. Key external partners: Direct model (local institutions): C-suite, Operating Rooms Dept direction, Marketing direction, Purchasing direction. **You will be responsible for**: - Lead the commercial routines in the territory assigned with the SCG team, franchises, and COE in order to guarantee alignment and further collaboration - Mentor the SCG direct Reports to better prepare and implement in the field - Adapt and implement the commercial strategy in the Group Accounts and guarantee a very good quality execution - Supervise the market and health system to understand the dynamics - Provides expertise on the marketplace to guide sales strategies - Reviews market analyses to settle customer needs and volume potential - Account receivable management in their respective accounts. - Establishes and maintains relationship with key customers and key decision makers; leads and closes negotiations within these accounts. - Ensures that new accounts are identified, classified, and acquired - Leads account teams within the territory to establish plans to accomplish territory goals - Responsible for collaborating with franchises (clinical demand generation and marketing), SAM, Valuable solutions, Legal, Finance and key stakeholders from functional areas to assure alignment and strategy development - Provides account support and administration to increase company products presence within the territory. - Analyses weekly sales report in sales force, provides mentor and feedback to local sales team and ensures proactive and corrective actions are taken to capitalize all sales opportunities in the territory - Handles sales team on the assigned territory - Ensures sales activities are in compliance with local and company regulations, policies and procedures - Guarantee the reporting of product complaints and the execution of field actions in the time established by the J&J; - Handles staffing, training, and performance evaluations within the team. Plays a meaningful role in coaching and in P&D; approach with the team - Distributes among the report’s sales territories, quotas & goals and selling techniques - Recommends and/or participates in sales campaigns to accommodate goals of the company - Meets or exceeds established sales quotas and margins through the implementation of sales and marketing activities within the expense budget. - Ensures sales results achievement in the territory: sales quotas, unit volumes, market share and profitability goals - Coordinates and participates in area and national trade shows and conventions - Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product **Qualifications** **Qualifications and requirements**: Education: College Degree is required, Post - Graduation or MBA desirable. Experience: Total professional experience between 8 to 12 years.
