Join to apply for the Gestor de Cobranza Bilingüe (Inglés) - Call Center role at Fundación Universitaria Internacional de La Rioja - UNIR Following our growth as an institution, we are seeking COLLECTION AGENTS with advanced English skills to manage, follow up, and negotiate payment plans for the student portfolio assigned. The goal is to ensure the collection of monthly fees established during the enrollment process at the Fundación Universitaria Internacional de La Rioja. Main responsibilities: Provide individual attention to students through various communication channels. Proactively follow up monthly on the assigned payment volumes. Develop personalized payment plans tailored to students' needs, ensuring the completion of their financial files. Establish negotiation strategies to ensure effective collections. Manage and resolve daily issues and incidents. Support internal and external departments related to the collection of the assigned portfolio. Qualifications: Technologists, university students, or graduates with at least 2 years of experience in a call center related to collections, with advanced English skills. Skills include numerical analysis, customer focus, active listening, and proficiency in technological platforms and MS Office (Excel).
