Job Description: - Maintain, manage and optimize IT services for efficient delivery. Main Responsibilities: - Administer ServiceNow platform, configure and adapt it to other systems. - Manage and resolve incidents and problems, ensuring timely solutions. - Develop and maintain the service catalog, manage service requests. - Implement and manage change management processes within ServiceNow. - Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor service performance. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years experience in IT service management with focus on ServiceNow administration. - ServiceNow Administrator or Implementation Specialist certification preferred. - Experience with ITIL framework and best practices.
