Job summary Hogarth is the Global Content Experience Company. The Human Resources Manager (Generalist & Talent Acquisition) is a pivotal role responsible for both strategic HR partnership and full-cycle talent acquisition within Hogarth Worldwide. Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years' experience in agencies (mandatory), with demonstrated experience in both HR Generalist functions and full-cycle Talent Acquisition. - Proven experience in HR leadership, preferably in international environments or within the content production industry. - Strong knowledge of local labor legislation and HR best practices, including recruitment regulations and best-in-class sourcing methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels and effectively engage with candidates. - Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential to communicate with global teams. Responsibilities - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with global initiatives and business objectives, ensuring local relevance and effectiveness. - Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide strategic guidance on organizational changes, talent management, HR policies, and program implementation. - Manage employee relations and performance, including conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and support for talent development initiatives. - Advise managers and business leaders on organizational design, team restructuring, and change management. - Lead full-cycle talent acquisition efforts, including strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, and offer management, to attract and secure top talent. - Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and HR best practices across all HR functions, including recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
