Location: Salvatech - Colombia Remote Environment: Colombian and International Teams Language: English Advanced Industry: Marketing Agency Full-time / Monday to Friday/ 7:00 AM- 4:30 PM PST Salary: Negotiable Role Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in scaling and optimizing our marketing efforts. Youll be responsible for managing customer journeys, lead nurturing, and campaign automation across multiple brands, while ensuring seamless CRM integration and compliance with data privacy standards. This is a high-impact role for someone with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, automation tools, and digital campaign execution. Responsibilities: Marketing Automation & Campaign Management Design, build, and manage Customer Journeys in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing. Set up lead nurturing workflows, segmentation, triggers, and multichannel campaign automation (primarily email). Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Ensure all campaigns adhere to GDPR and data consent regulations. CRM Integration & Data Flow Integrate WordPress forms (Gravity Forms, Elementor, etc.) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Collaborate with web developers or use automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, n8n) to maintain accurate and efficient data flow. Optimize lead capture, routing, and scoring mechanisms. Social Media Publication Collaborate with the marketing team to define monthly content topics. Write engaging, platform-specific social media copy based on existing content outlines. Schedule and publish content across multiple brands using tools like Buffer or Hootsuite. Produce monthly social media performance reports focusing on engagement rate, CTR, and interaction metrics. Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer Journey management. Demonstrated ability to integrate WordPress forms with CRM platforms. Solid understanding of lead management, automation flows, segmentation, and GDPR/data compliance. Proficiency in automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, n8n, or Make. Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and marketing channel automation. Experience using social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite) for scheduling and reporting. Comfortable working asynchronously and across time zones. Essential Requirements: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365. Practical experience with at least one automation tool: Power Automate, Zapier, n8n, or Make. Work Setup Requirements: To perform this role effectively, you must have: A quiet home office space to work optimally. A stable internet connection (minimum 100 MB). A laptop/desktop with updated software. A secondary backup internet option to ensure reliability.
