Job Title: Data Engineering Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud data tools, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to build scalable and efficient data solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, implementing and managing data integration and processing solutions with Databricks, writing and optimizing complex queries in SQL Server, leveraging Python for data transformation, automation, and scripting, developing interactive reports and dashboards with Power BI, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems, and documenting data workflows and following best practices in data architecture and quality. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Hands-on experience with cloud data tools such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL Server, and Python. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build scalable and efficient data solutions. - Proven experience in data engineering or similar roles. - Advanced English proficiency (professional communication required). - Availability to work in a hybrid mode, with at least 3 days on-site. - PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience with orchestration tools such as Airflow or DBT. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Strong understanding of data modeling and scalable architecture design.
