We are a fast-growing business working with Travel Sellers, Airlines, and Hospitality Customers to help them with their payment needs. Summary of the role: This position's purpose is to develop and achieve our B2B Payments revenue, adoption, and gross margin targets in accordance with the business plan. Collaborate and help build the business/market strategy and execute both business development and commercial/sales plans for the region. Work with the corporate Outpayce team, Issuers, Credit Card networks such as MasterCard and VISA, and TRU to execute the plan. Develop and sustain relationships and alignment with the overall Amadeus collaborating organizations. The Sales Manager for the Americas will play a key role in differentiating our customers from competitors in the B2B Payments arena. Additionally, you will provide commercial guidance and strategy execution support to other Outpayce Sales Managers in the region. In this role you’ll: 1. Build, develop, and maintain structured relationships with Travel Agencies to find new opportunities, retain, and expand B2B Wallet market share, working closely with TCH locally to ensure support and customer satisfaction. 2. Develop requirements documentation reflecting customer needs; analyze and propose solutions, working with the Payments Team to find the best product fit. 3. Collaborate on product strategy definition and regional product expansion. 4. Develop and maintain partnerships with key regional players/partners. Coordinate B2B Wallet implementation to ensure quick adoption and address any gaps during the process.
