Corporate Services Manager - This is a challenging role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of corporate services management and administration within the region, including financial and human resources management related activities, procurement and logistical services, and ensuring the provision of common services and hosted ICT services in accordance with IFAD rules, regulations, and terms of use. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate general administrative support for staff at both the Regional Office and country offices in the region. • Foster collaboration within local and regional teams, as well as with other UN agencies and government officials, while promoting a client-oriented approach. • Work closely with business owners within the Corporate Services Department (CSD) in HQs, operations staff in other UN agencies, decentralized staff, and government officials to deliver operations services. Requirements: • Advanced university degree in Public Administration or Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or related fields. • A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, including experience in contract management, procurement, human resources, budget, finance, asset management, field operations support, and/or general administration. • Professional experience in a multi-cultural organization or national organization with proven relevant international exposure, in a supervisory capacity. • Excellent English and Spanish language skills are required. Working knowledge of another IFAD official language would be an asset.
