Digital Marketing Coordinator, Latin America Location: Johnson Controls, Colombia What You Will Do: You will be responsible for organizing, managing, and overseeing projects and initiatives in Marketing technology and lead management operations. You will collaborate with Latin America and Central Digital Marketing teams to ensure technology platforms, campaign tracking, and lead management processes meet business requirements while adhering to standardization and industry best practices. How You Will Do It: - Organize, manage, and oversee projects and initiatives in Marketing technology & lead management operations. - Review and support analysis of marketing funnel activities to guide performance improvement strategy and optimize flow through sales organization. - Ensure end-to-end tracking and reporting capabilities are present throughout the business unit's key technology platforms. - Work closely with sales and marketing leaders to monitor all projects fueling demand generation, funnel performance, identify reporting gaps and cleanse data as required. - Test and support data ingestion and outputs for all programs/campaigns, including Salesforce lead creation and reporting. - Optimize digital lead capture processes and conversion funnel tracking continuously from Marketing Automation through CRM platforms such as Salesforce. - Create and segment databases in Marketing technology stack based on research to support lead acquisition efforts and marketing campaigns. - Manage and communicate campaign and lead performance through standardized reporting. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate valuable reports for lead acquisition efforts. - Work cross-functionally with IT, CRM, and Digital Marketing to make appropriate updates to our CRM based on best practices, business, and marketing needs. - Build and maintain knowledge of existing internal systems, capabilities, teams, and resources, combined with strategic ideation, internal and external research, and knowledge of industry standards. - Pursue ongoing education of industry knowledge, best practices, and trends as it pertains to operations, marketing automation, and campaign management. What We Look For: - A professional with extensive experience in digital marketing in multinational companies and/or digital agencies. Has a proven track record in B2B markets and focuses on generating business opportunities. - Experienced in inbound marketing programs. - Proven experience with Marketing Automation and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and creating dashboards and analyzing information. · - Experience implementing PPC/SEM campaigns. Google AdWords certification preferred. - Proven experience implementing content marketing strategies for websites, SEO, social media, and email marketing. - Coordinating projects with digital agencies, graphic designers, and local, regional, and global suppliers to achieve the Corporation's expected commercial results. - Possesses strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, WebTrends, or similar are required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with different departments and colleagues. - Bilingualism (English/Spanish) is mandatory. desirable Portuguese basic - Advanced troubleshooting, leadership, dynamism, and creativity skills.
