Operations Manager We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead and manage our business operations at TaskUs. This role involves overseeing a team of up to 150 FTEs, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring KPI targets are met through innovative problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have experience managing supervisors in a call center environment, with a strong focus on performance management and employee retention.
