**Careers that Change Lives** **POSITION OVERVIEW**: This role as a Senior Supervisor of Rebates is a bilingual (Spanish - English) integral role responsible for delivering customer value, driving revenue, and ensuring that Medtronic meets its contractual obligations for the Cardiovascular Portfolio. As a key member of the US Rebates Team, you will support the objectives of the Americas Region by ensuring that only customers that achieve sales targets receive additional value. **A Day in the Life** Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. - Manage a team of 9 rebate analysts to ensure that business and employee objectives are being met. Team Objectives Include: - Lead implementation of new rebate agreements in Vistex; ensure consistent and timely completion of activities (SLA and quality standards) - Calculate customer performance to determine if a rebate was achieved per the terms and conditions of the underlying purchase agreement - Monitor customer compliance form intake and review for accuracy - Partner with the US Contracting Organization to resolve incomplete or inaccurate compliance forms - Ensure timely and accurate rebate payments for customers that met rebate performance requirements - Review Medtronic membership roster quarterly to ensure accurate administrative fee payments to group purchasing organizations - Lead and collaborate on initiatives across the organization to drive efficiency in rebate programs, processes, tools, and systems **EDUCATION REQUIRED**: Bachelor’s Degree **YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**: 5+ years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience **Nice to Have** - Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities - General ability to work in or learn Vistex, Excel, Power Point, and Business Objects - Experience translating large amounts of data into actionable insights and coherent strategies. - Aptitude for quantitative and analytical skills - Good communication and collaboration skills - Experience working with other cross-functional roles **About Medtronic **Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
