The Goal Setting and Tactics team isresponsible for developing tools and processes that guide thecommercial team toward achieving our annual goals. In this role,you will collaborate with a team of Orangers and influence keystakeholders to create a positive impact on our results. Thisdata-driven position requires a unique blend of strategic businessthinking, hands-on problem-solving, and strong interpersonalskills. As a member of the Goal Setting and Tactics team, you willplay a crucial role in expanding and sustaining our business acrossthe region while helping our restaurant partners maximize theirgrowth potential on our platform. In this role, you'll be... 1. Identify and resolve high-priority challenges in the day-to-dayexecution of business strategies. 2. Develop and implementstrategies to drive growth for both our business and restaurantpartners in a highly competitive environment. 3. Collaborateeffectively with various operations teams within our Field Strategydivision. 4. Negotiate and establish standardized processes andcommunication procedures to ensure seamless execution of strategiesacross teams. 5. Take a hands-on approach to problem-solving andleadership to drive operational excellence. 6. Work closely withinternational stakeholders to advance projects in a fast-pacedenvironment. 7. Launch initiatives in our internal systems to boostrestaurant sales on our platform.
