Sales Assistant & Appointment Setter (Bilingual Spanish/English) Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Assistant and Appointment Setter to join our growing AI revenue partner company. This role offers exceptional growth opportunities working directly with our CEO in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Work Arrangement - **Hybrid Role**: Available for candidates based in Bogotá, Colombia - **100% Remote**: Available for candidates located outside of Bogotá - Flexible scheduling to accommodate different time zones Key Responsibilities Appointment Setting & Campaign Management - Manage all appointment scheduling for AI revenue partner campaigns - Respond to positive campaign replies via phone calls to convert leads into scheduled meetings - Conduct outbound calling to prospects and book qualified meetings - Handle appointment setting through multiple channels: phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach - Respond promptly and professionally to all campaign inquiries - Serve as Sales Assistant to the CEO, providing comprehensive support throughout the sales process - Manage CEO's calendar and coordinate meeting schedules - Support various stages of the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing - Write compelling email responses and LinkedIn messages - Maintain professional communication with prospects and clients - Ensure consistent brand voice across all customer touchpoints Required Qualifications - **Fluent bilingual proficiency** in Spanish and English (written and verbal) - Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail - Strong phone communication and cold calling experience - Proven ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars - Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems - Self-motivated with ability to work independently - Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience in sales support or appointment setting - Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and social selling - Experience working with C-level executives - Knowledge of AI or technology industry (preferred but not required) - Experience with sales pipeline management What We Offer - **Exceptional Growth Opportunity**: Work directly with the CEO and gain valuable business insights - **Knowledge Transfer**: Learn directly from experienced leadership in the AI revenue space - **Flexible Work Environment**: Choose between hybrid (Bogotá) or fully remote work - **Career Development**: Clear path for advancement as the company grows - **Dynamic Work Environment**: Be part of an innovative AI revenue partner company Ideal Candidate Profile You are a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
