Our client is launching an office in Bogotá to expand our reach and provide unparalleled services to our clients. They are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join their dynamic team and drive the success of their cloud-based solutions. As the Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based applications within their Solutions Center in Bogotá. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the US-based colleagues and directly interact with their clients. You Can Expect To: - Drive your career through clearly defined expectations, mentorship from Principals and Vice Presidents, and opportunities for advancement - Work with clients in a variety of industries - Diagnose complex technical and business problems and implement creative solutions that leverage Pariveda’s capabilities to meet our clients’ needs - Use your knowledge of design principles and frameworks to perform and manage all aspects of projects throughout the SDLC including estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecting, developing, testing, issue/risk management, change control and delivery - Focus on master data management - Manage requests to innovate and evolve a suite of applications, which may require re-architecting foundational elements - Deliver presentations and facilitate meetings while adapting communication to varying audiences including high level stakeholders - Provide basic support, proactive monitoring, routine checks, data validation, and address security recommendations, including on-call requirements once a month - Mentor junior colleagues by providing career development goals, meeting regularly, writing and deliver semi-annual reviews, and advocating for their career advancement - Work within a hybrid model, sometimes at home and sometimes in person - Actively engage in our culture of continuous learning, personal and professional development, and lead community service and social gathering events We Look For: The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications: - Full-stack development experience, cloud technologies (AWS), serverless applications (Amazon Lambda), and Node.js - Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with US-based stakeholders - Fluency in English is required for effective communication with US-based colleagues and customers - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations - Experience across all phases of the SDLC and Agile software development practices - Enthusiastic about coaching and mentoring others helping them develop their careers - Ability to become a trusted advisor by building relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionals - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or comparable experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
