Role Purpose Lead the transformation of employee experience (EX) within the organization, ensuring that the adoption of SAP SuccessFactors and other HCM solutions is intuitive, efficient, and user-centered. Apply design thinking and customer-centric design methodologies to optimize HR processes, fostering a seamless digital experience aligned with the organizational strategy. Key Responsibilities - Design and optimize the user experience in digital HR processes, ensuring platforms like SAP SuccessFactors are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with talent needs. - Apply process reengineering in HR through design thinking and user-centered design to improve HCM tool accessibility and usability. - Map and enhance employee journeys across digital platforms, including onboarding, performance, development, and compensation. - Implement digital communication and engagement strategies to facilitate the adoption of SuccessFactors and promote effective interaction with the platform. - Work in synergy with HR, IT, and Change Management to ensure a digital experience aligned with organizational culture and strategic goals. Role Requirements Education: - Degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. - Certifications in Design Thinking, UX/UI, or Process Reengineering (Lean, Six Sigma) are highly valued. Experience: - 5+ years in roles related to Employee Experience, HR Digital Transformation, or HR Process Reengineering. - Experience implementing and improving HCM platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM) with a user experience (UX/UI) focus. Technical Skills: - Experience in design thinking and user-centered design applied to digital HR experience. Languages We Offer Contract Type: Fixed-term Contract (3 years) We Want to Meet You!
