Accountabilities stylemargin:top:0.0cm;margin:bottom:0.0cm: : Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. : Contribute to the assessment of sizing and complexity of User Stories and to the solutioning of those Stories for Credit Card applications. : Develop User Stories to a high level of quality, including identifying error scenarios and the review of code coverage. : Ensure the application portfolio technologies support is up to date, ensuring compliance with the banks application lifecycle, hardening, security and PCI policies. : Proactively monitor application environments with available tools, create awareness in the larger team of any observed issues, and contribute to resolving those issues. : Proactively identify opportunities to drive modernization of technology and automation of processes, including offering ideas of solutions to these opportunities and optimization of process : Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be incorporate into in day:to:day activities and decisions. : Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank's Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day:to:day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk. : Champions a high:performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.
